Longevity Bros is a private, one-to-one longevity practice for people already operating at the top — founders, athletes, artists — and the team that writes the personal research protocols behind the Research Protocol Builder. We work on energy, focus, sleep, strength and the routines that compound over decades. Three convictions shape everything: measured, never guessed; small levers, patiently compounded; and counsel in your corner — you are never optimising alone.
We are coaches, a biotechnologist and a reviewer, not a clinic. Nobody on this page is your physician, and every protocol we write says so on its first page. What we are is the people you talk to before and after that appointment — the ones who write the plan, check the plan, and stay on WhatsApp through the cycle.
How a protocol gets written
A personal research protocol is not generated and emailed. It passes through three pairs of hands, in this sequence, and it is typically with you within 24 hours of a complete intake.
- The writer drafts. Working from your intake and whatever labs you have uploaded, a writer builds the plan: the goal, the compound layer, the training, nutrition and sleep levers, the lab list, the week-by-week schedule and the stop rules. The budget option is written first — the fewest pens that can honestly move the goal.
- The reviewer checks. A second person goes through every dose against the house dosing sheets, every lab threshold against your actual results, every interaction and every exclusion. If your labs are missing, the review marks what cannot be released until they arrive. If something in the draft does not survive the review, it goes back to the writer, not to you.
- The coach releases. The coach who will walk you through the plan reads it last, releases the three documents — the short results version, the full clinical document and the physician copy — and books the free call on WhatsApp. The same coach runs the check-ins at week 2, mid-cycle and the end.
When new labs come in after release, the loop runs again and you get a revised version. When a mid-cycle panel changes the picture, the same thing. The protocol is a document with a review history, not a PDF that was right once.
The coaches
Four people, four levers. The roles below are the ones we hold on the site; the bios are in our own words.
Fredrik Waijnstad
Fredrik has spent 15+ years deep in the longevity, recovery and high-performance space — running experiments on himself and reading every paper he can get his hands on. He coaches founders, executives and athletes who want to think sharper about training, recovery and how to age on their own terms.
Not a medical professional — your physician is. Fredrik is the person you talk to before and after that appointment.
Sammy Jeridi
Sammy has spent over a decade in the trenches of strength training, recovery and rehabilitation — working with athletes, busy professionals and people rebuilding from injury. He coaches the unsexy fundamentals that actually move the needle: how you train, eat, sleep and recover so you can keep doing it for the next 30 years.
Less hype, more reps. He will help you build a body that holds up — and a routine you will actually stick to.
Felix Åström
Felix works at the intersection of mindset, behavioural change and high performance — coaching founders, athletes and operators who know what to do but cannot seem to make it stick. His work focuses on the patterns underneath: how you handle stress, how you talk to yourself, what actually drives the choices you make at 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
He will help you see the loops you are caught in and rebuild the ones worth keeping. Not therapy, not woo — just the practical psychology of showing up consistently.
J. Gierta
A trained biotechnologist with a molecular-biology background, she coaches women who feel the standard health and fitness playbook was not built for their bodies. Her work focuses on training, nutrition, sleep, and the questions women should be asking about hormonal health at every life stage.
She will help you build the questions — your endocrinologist or GP will help you with the answers.
How we review
The review is the part of the process we are least willing to speed up. These are the rules it runs on:
- Every dose comes from a house dosing sheet. Nothing is invented for a client, and nothing is rounded up for effect. One pen is 300 clicks and the arithmetic is shown so you can check it.
- Baseline labs gate the release. Labs are optional at intake; nothing is started without them. Kidney function is always cystatin C, never creatinine alone. Samples older than six months count as history, not baseline.
- The exclusion list is applied before the goal is considered. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, under 18, active or recent cancer, and the compound-specific red flags stop a protocol before it is written.
- Numbers only on measurable things. Kilos, centimetres, hours, lifts and lab values get numbers. Feelings get words, and "studied for" means studied for.
- Stop rules are written in. Every full document lists the symptoms that end the protocol and start a visit to your doctor, and the physician copy repeats them.
- Two people minimum. The writer never reviews their own draft; the coach never releases a draft the reviewer has not signed.
What we don't do
- We do not diagnose. If your intake describes something that has a name, we say so and point you to a physician before anything is written.
- We do not treat. A personal research protocol is research and educational information for an adult; it does not treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for care.
- We do not replace your physician. Every protocol ships with a physician copy because we expect it to be read by one. Their word is final; ours is advisory.
- We do not promise results. The goal pages give the ranges reported in research settings and by the people we write for. Individual results vary, and the document says where and why.
- We do not sell anything but the protocol. Longevity Bros does not sell, supply, source or ship any compound; the protocol says which pens its arithmetic assumes, and your coach confirms the count. Longevity Bros is by invitation only; a coach's invite code or gift code is how the invitation travels.
If that sounds cautious for a site that names research peptides, it is meant to. Naming them is education; writing a plan around your labs with a human reviewer is the service; pretending either one is medicine would be the lie we are not willing to tell.
Where to go next
- Personal protocols by goal — fat loss, lean mass, recomposition, sleep, longevity, immune and gut.
- The research library — the house protocols by compound, in milligrams and pen clicks.
- The FAQ — price, labs, documents, pens and the coach call, answered in one place.
