Most people do not arrive with a compound in mind. They arrive with a goal — a waist that will not move, a bench that has stalled, nights that end at 3 a.m., a tank that is empty by Thursday. The research library is organised by compound; this section is organised the way you actually think, by what you want to change.
Each page below follows the same shape: who the goal page is for, what a personal protocol for that goal usually contains (compounds by name, plus the training, nutrition, sleep and lab levers that do most of the work), what you will feel and when — numbers only where something is measurable — and how we build the plan for you. No doses on these pages; doses live in your own protocol, where they belong, after your labs have been read.
The six goals
Fat loss
For the researcher carrying real body fat who wants a quiet appetite, a moving waist and lean mass protected while the scale does its job.
Lean mass · 12 weeksLean mass and muscle gain
For the researcher who trains properly and wants recovery, sleep and a growth signal that make the next twelve weeks count twice.
Recomposition · 12 weeksRecomposition
For the researcher near the right weight whose mirror disagrees: tighten the waist, add muscle, and stop watching the scale.
Sleep · 8–12 weeksSleep
For the researcher who trains well and sleeps badly: a reset, a nightly rhythm and the levers that make the tracker numbers move.
Healthspan · energy · 8–12 weeksLongevity and energy
For the researcher who wants to feel like themselves again by Thursday afternoon — and still be lifting, walking and thinking clearly at eighty.
Immune · gut · inflammation · 8–12 weeksImmune, gut and inflammation
For the researcher who catches everything, whose gut has opinions, or whose hs-CRP will not come down: the levers that calm the system, with the labs that prove it.
What every protocol has in common
- A safety gate before anything. Pregnancy, active cancer, under 18 and the compound-specific exclusions stop a protocol before it is written.
- Baseline labs first. Every plan lists the markers it needs before the first click and the ones it repeats mid-cycle. Kidney function is always cystatin C.
- Human review. A writer drafts, a reviewer checks every dose and lab threshold, a coach releases. Typically within 24 hours of a complete intake.
- Three documents. A short results version, the full clinical document and a physician copy for your own doctor.
- A coach, free, on WhatsApp. One call to walk it through, then check-ins at week 2, mid-cycle and the end.
- Budget option first. The fewest pens that can honestly move the goal; upgrade later if the labs and the first weeks earn it.
How to choose when two goals overlap
Fat loss and recomposition are the most common fork. If you have more than roughly 10 kg to lose, start with fat loss — recomposition is slower and asks more of your training. If the scale is close to right and the mirror is not, recomposition is the page. If you train well and sleep badly, read sleep before anything else: it is the cheapest lever on this site and the one most of the others depend on. And if you are not sure, the intake asks the questions that settle it, and the coach call settles the rest.
